Hi, I'm Sue. Resource Activator.

For two decades I've coached people through self-sabotage and the behavioral patterns that keep them looping. Before that I lived in systems, then in publishing and the book industry, which is why I see people and software the same way: both run on scripts.

I'm the author of 21 Templates that Run Your World. My mission is empowering people to free themselves from the loops that keep them stuck.

From command line to wireless.

Over twenty years my work kept moving toward faster, more direct ways of speaking to the nervous system. Here's the path, as metaphor and as my own story.

    Hypnotherapy

    This is where I started. Hypnosis lets us reach the root directory and rewrite old, faulty scripts right at the command line, the ones you acquired years ago and forgot were running.

  2. reset02

    Tapping (EFT)

    Then I found something closer to the hardware. Tapping pairs focused attention with acupressure points, a reset that helps stuck material loosen faster than talking alone.

    Biofield Tuning

    Now I work wirelessly. Sound and resonance act like a defrag for your energy field, working with frequency instead of hours of circling a block in conversation.

These are coaching tools, not medical treatment. Results vary from person to person.
